Doing pretty darn great today, I have been playing around a lot with the cheese pizza crust recipe and making so many different flavors of pizza, it's so swesome!!!! I have a slice of 3 different flavors for meals/snacks today.

You can use low carb bread mix from Bob's Red Mill and make pizza with a a real crust! If you don't believe me, just check out my journal.

That doea look pretty good, but I am a cheese a holic and LOVE the thin & crispy cheese crust, I add flax and an extra egg to it though and make 2 crusts, and it's so wonderful!

I'm allergic to eggs so any egg based crust is out. It really sucks, but there's nothing I can do about it.
I've tried tortillas but they don't hold as much. Oh well!

Oh Man! I love eggs, couldn't even imagine being allergic to them! But than again, I am allergic to codeine, and a lot of people think that is so sad for me! LOL

Hahaha, it's not just eggs. It's nickel/fake jewelry, and sulfa antibiotics like Septra, Bactrim, etc as well.
