The Malcolm Durham TV spot that featured interviews with me and his family came out great, although it was one segment out of three on a news magazine type show. If it goes national, I will let everyone know.
Update: Halftime at the Super Bowl and I've nearly doubled my carbs and fats and had to choke down a triple protein shake to try to hit my protein macro. SUPER stuffed! Will definitely do an adjustment day tomorrow, but just to get to my appropriate macro levels...
