Okay so i havent been keeping tabs of what iv been eating. All i can say is i gave up for a bit but i have this new found motivation and determination to carry on.

i must have picked up weight since my last weigh in because i ate crap and didnt give a shit. plus my little nephew broke my scale so i cant exactly weigh myself to see the damage that was done these past 2 and a half weeks.

But ive changed my eating habits again slowly. i bought these evox weight loss products. Day one of taking it.

Okay im going to gym now.
