ok up to 225174 steps this month outside. I am trying to rev it up doing a mile I about 17.30 (average) less icy so can do my brisk walk...tomorrow my walking is for 55 minutes.trying to work on water protein and fiber. cooked lentils this morning..cooking barley later.
