Results from 21 days of no meat/dairy/carb/sugar, was basically eating vegetables/fruits/oats/brown rice and drinking rooibos tea with honey and lots of water. It was for both spiritual and physical gain and iam happy to see the results. From 87kgs to 83kgs ❤️
