Yea me! I did it. Worked out every day on this trip. Eliptical, treadmill and bike. Took advantage of being away from home to get different muscles worked out. Actually am taking a later flight home so to be sure to get my workout in. I anticipate no weight loss at tomorrow morning's weigh in b/c I had the dessert at dinner last night. It was great.
