I haven't logged my food for a day or 2 now. I sometimes tend to become obsessive. I lost another 200g but not going to log it yet as my weight fluctuates from day to day. I haven't been eating healthy choices but keeping in a deficit. I jogged Sunday evening and was planning on doing it again but the weather makes me a bit lazy.
