Third day working out in a row. Tried a couple new cardio machines at the gym, and got upper body strength training in, stretched and did some easy abs. Did ok with eating. Death to girl scout cookies. My five year old niece held a gun to my head and forced me to eat a few...shes so pushy;) It feels great to exercise. More energy, better mood, body feels stronger...even if my muscles are sore.
