Today I ate two salads that I prepared myself. I also had coffee, a bowl of cereal and a small bag of Doritos. For dinner I ate beef tamales with sour cream. I can't believe that's all I ate today because I usually eat about twice that amount.
I've gained about a quarter pound a week by consuming roughly 3,000 calories a day. Today I probably consumed about 1, 800 calories. I'm gonna eat the same thing tomorrow.
