Theres a YouTube channel called Chloe Ting and she does a wide range of different workouts from low impact to high 😊 no equipment needed!

I walk which the cheapest way to exercise. stretch exercises, as it’s already been said there is a number of YouTube videos out there.

If you're not keen on excercise, and can't go out of use equipment right now. Search walking fitness on YouTube, there's a lady called Leslie Susan, I believe she does quick exercise toying totally based on walking on the spot, I do it in my room and it gets me sweating. At first I thought it wouldn't do anything, but because of how super easy it, for 15-20minutes it has helped me so much.

If you don't mind me asking have you checked your target weight for your age and height etc with a health professional? 45kg is only 7st.
