Alright haven’t posted in awhile. Here’s what I’ve been up too. I haven’t been jogging in sometime because it’s been so cold lately. I tried the day before yesterday but after a ½ mile I didn’t want to say out there anymore. So I came inside put on my favorite Celtic music and did my own version of step dancing. Lots of jumping and movement and definitely got my heart pumping. Then I made dinner (hamburgers) and went upstairs and watched the episode of Biggest Loser that I have recorded from Tuesday night. And as always when I watch BL, I exercised. I haven’t done push-ups in awhile so I wanted to see how many I could do and I’m talking about real, butt pulled in, up on your toes, arms at 90 degree angle, push-ups. The first 5 were okay, the other 5 were much harder but I did them. 10 push-ups and my shoulders, chest and back are still aching two days later.
Yesterday I had school all day then car trouble so I didn’t even make it back to the house until 8pm. Where I was so tired, frustrated and cold that I just fell asleep on my bed, in my clothes with my light and TV still on. It was a very long day yesterday.
Today I plan on cleaning my room, getting some homework done and exercising tonight sometime. But that's about it. Eating wise, i've been good until it gets to dinnertime and then I just eat what my family is eating. I need to get more focused and get back in the grove of things so I can finally get down into the 130's.
