sunday today I will let loose a little. 1.5 lbs was good and steady. I would love to lose everything right away, unless u go under the knife it is impossible. so I need to learn good food habits and not over eat as this is what brought on the weight. I was just letting my body control me and not me controlling it. I need to find activities to distract from what the body wants. I am the master over it.
