wow. Yeah I know, it isn't a whole foods approach to weight loss. It isn't meal planning, smart shopping, calorie counting, or intermittent fasting.
But for at least 1 week, it works. I suspect it will be 2-3 pounds a week for next 3 weeks, then drops to 1.5 a week for last month.
Then I hit a pause button, to make sure body is handling the weight loss. Then I will come back after 2 weeks, and push to goal weight.
At least that is 'this plan'... lol.
