I’ve been a competitive Masters crossfit athlete for several years, including a trip to the Crossfit Games as a competitor in 2018. I hope to make it back this year.
I love challenging myself and compete against all the 20-30 year olds in my gym.
Getting old is tough as a competitor, and loosing strength is a problem but my overall athletic ability has improved as well as my quality of life.
