This is absolutely extravagant and not really the way that I eat normally.
I've done an admirable job of controlling myself and I've only had a doughnut and a cake ball.
After 17 years together, I think I'm probably in it for the long haul. :)

Jeannie - Cake Girl is AMAZING. I'm a huge fan.
I don't really want to get into a whole "diet war" thing but I'd love to have a conversation about this.
A couple of years ago, I wouldn't have been able to control myself. I probably would have eaten a lot of these pastries, felt bad about myself, bad about my weight, my self-control, etc and this would have sent me on a spiral of binge eating and "depression eating".
The BIGGEST difference between the way that I'm eating now vs then, is that I've changed my relationship with food.
I eat whatever I want, I just try to make healthy choices "most" of the time.
More than any "eating change" or "diet plan" changing my relationship with food so that I wasn't thinking about it 80% of the day or obsessing about things that I would "after I hit my goal", I just changed some really deep and unhealthy issues with addiction that I was still struggling with and that I didn't realize would impact my overall weight.
