it was a bit easier this week. today on valentine day I might be cheating a little. but I really want to keep at it . I am so encouraged . I guess eating the right amount of fat against carbs is the most important to me. this is not a walk in the wood but my body is not dictating to me as much and I am getting a hold on of it . walking everyday for 4km is not bad either it keeps everything going well.
