IIFYM goals did great today. Added Konsyl and Flaxseed to my chia and wheat bran to hit the fiber goals. Nailed carbs and protein exactly, but went over on fat because I forgot that chicken breasts have a lot of fat in addition to great protein! But that did not affect my long term fat average.
