well today me and my husband started our home workout together we could not do more then ten min before we both almost past out but man am I sweating. I am not sure it doing right before bed and right after dinner is a good idea or not but at least it is something. between doing that now 3 times a week and doing belly dancing 3 times a week and hopefully getting a treadmill her so and weights and yoga i should be losing weight like mad now.

Good for you! Having a treadmill at home is great for me 😉 I like to walk about 1/2 an hour before eating a meal. Take it slow, don’t try to do too much in the beginning. Exercising close to bedtime might make it harder to fall asleep. Good luck🍀
