Lisaappleton, there are many free exercise workouts on youtube. The one I just did was on youtube search "fitnessblender kettlebell". This was referred to me by thickgurl and its a nice workout, not too difficult, but the squats... You will feel them the next day! Especially if you go nice and low so you can feel your thigh muscles shaking! I want to look around youtube and find some other challenging workouts with kettlebells.... Maybe one with music or more upbeat, and a countdown clock so I can know how much long I have to endure the torture!
