Don't limit yourself to what you can and can't have. If you want a pizza work it into your daily calories, you want that chocolate then work it into your day the same as the pizza. I tried doing weight loss boycotting calories but also telling myself no to chocolate and cards etc etc and I was so unhappy but now just focusing on cals and eating what I want and crave I'm happy with how my weight is going, people can see I'm toning up andlosing weight, the scales might be dropping slowly but my figure is getting there.
