They stock a lot of Keto/Banting yummy goodies - I usually treat myself every Friday with a Banting Treat - sooo glad I found them - sick of Banting choki @ clicks - lol

@ Taz cape Town has many awsum banting low carbs stores with yummy stuff.... Gigi banting baker. We love low carb store.... French confectionery..... faithful to nature.... gracious baker..... many more...
