I've been to the gym Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday so far this week. Going out to dinner tonight at Montana's. Weight seems to be staying the same this week, despite all the exercise, or maybe because of it! Who knows. No cheats. Carbs as close to 20 as I can get, some days a bit below, some days a bit above.
