Went for volume training over strength today; short rests, lighter weights, and more reps.

More of a cardio workout than anything, but it's a heck of a rush after!

looking stout, man. i opt for volume 2 out of 3 workouts a week - and press up in load on sundays - i like the "cardio weight lifting" i.e. crossfit i.e HIIT, i.e. it all works whatever your choice. keep it up! doing great.
