Day 7 of Workouts: "30 Day Shred" (did almost all the reps. Did not do one exercise; instead, I replaced it with light weights) / Did a couple extra exercises after video was done. I still wish I could workout twice a day. Haven't done any evening workouts because I can't find time (and sometimes, the energy) between putting my two little boys to bed, taking a shower, and then having to feed the baby every 2 hours). I just can't seem to make it work yet. Plus, I need to get some sleep in there somewhere. Goodness knows I don't get much of it at night! The only good thing about it is that the baby is getting lots of nutrients from the constant breastfeeding. So even though I can't workout as much as I used to, I'm still doing SOMETHING good....right? At least, that's what I have to keep telling myself when I'm not working out or sleeping as much as I'd like to. :\

while breastfeeding do you rock the baby? I wondered because when I did in the old fashioned rocker, I let my abs do the work while I was in feeding mode, it helps.

You are doing the best thing possible for your baby by breastfeeding! It is so important and gives your little one the best start in life!

Both of you are getting benefit from nursing, also you are loosing calories while nursing so it's kinda exercise too, great job!!!!!!!! :)
