WECANDOTHIS- I lost most of it BEFORE I got here then I started at 223, not 220, and am around 195 now. I tipped near 260 at my highest borderline obese. Now I'm no longer overweight. I'm a few pounds from my ideal body weight. I did it so anyone can - the main culprit I believe is really sugar, I'd use artificial ones before any regular ones if I had weight issues. Some foods I can't have - surprisingly popcorn really adds on lots of weight on me really fast. It's a learning process with each and every one of us I suppose...Thanks for the kind words - I'm staying on to stay on maintenance and to stay thin and motivate everyone here to their permanent goal weights!
