Woke at 227.7, down 1.4 from yesterday. Fasted until noon and then did a quick weigh-in before eating an omelet -- got to 227.2. I slept in instead of working out. I may need to do evening workouts as I've been slacking at getting up on time lately. UPDATE: 228.0 at 4:30, so the 227 is today's low. Denise and Jason ordered pizza tonight. I ate two pieces plus some boneless chicken wings.
