Today is day 14 for me, not really yet, cuz it's just past midnight here in California.

So the loss has been steady, however, I won't record my weight till tomorrow (I really mean in a few hours after I have slepted) cuz I want to keep it regular so I don't have too many variations.

I noticed something different in my body in the last two days. I don't want to be too revealing or graphic, but for those of us who have had children and never recovered from jelly belly (a term i recently learned on the Dr. Oz show) you know how devastating that is. I'd be okay with being heavy if only that part of me would go away. I could work on the rest, but the jelly belly is a beast that won't be defeated. However, in the last two days, I've noticed that it's starting to shrink. The "fold" used to run from side to side and in the last two days I've noticed it as shrunk about 1.5 inches on each side of my belly. I don't know if you can imagine what i mean, but it is a big thing for me. I am already visualising what it will be like when it's all gone. Plus hubby said that if it doesn't go completely away, I can have it surgically removed once I reach my goal weight. : ) What a nice incentive. I've never seen myself without this part, or at least I don't remember.

I attribute these changes to the fact that I'm doing crunches at least three times a week. I also do cardio 3 times a week. Soon a buddy of mine and I will do a challenge on here that will include crunches and maybe some lunges, but it will also include short taebo exercises. Please join us as soon as we post it so we can all start to see the jelly belly (and other parts) go away!!

Eating great, except for the half and half (yes I know slush). I'm going to try what I thought was impossible... wean myself off of Diet Pepsi and Coffee.... wish me luck!
