Today was the first day of the challenge "loose 10pounds in one month" this is a great goal and I hope to reach it. I kind of took a week off last week, and it feels like an eternity getting back started to day. I feel great though, and very well rested. I'm going to try working out twice a day, once at the gym and then at home. My mom hooked up her treadmill in the garage. Any ways I'm feeling great and refocused. I might be going out of town this weekend so I am a little leary about that, but there's going to be a gym @ the hotel so I should be good :).
