Weightloss slowed down during last couple of weeks. And I feel very hungry compared to how I felt before. Today I had all my fav treats for breakfast. Felt like I needed to relax a bit. I also stoped weighing myself everyday. Was thinking way too much about the number on the scales. Hope everyone is safe and well!

It can depending on where you are in your cycle. Also exercising affects muscles and so weight goes up. I am the same I weigh once a month...end of/beginning of cycle when I know I'll be at my lowest. Good to take time out too...I haven't exercised this week and been more relaxed with cals to give my body and mind rest. Ready to kick start next week. Good luck!

That is the right mindset 🙃 Increase your protein and lower carbs. Works for me to keep fuller for longer

Weekly weigh in is better as it allows for the daily up/down days, weigh same time/day every week
