I am noticing positive things _ my flexibility has improved - now when I do yoga stretches like seated twists I can reach around my back - never could do that before - I am finding working with weights to be wonderful - I recently began using free weights in addition to the circuit machines at the gym and I really enjoy that _ I think I can move from one set to 2 sets of repetitions soon - I think I will try that in a week or so - weight is slowly dropping and I can feel a bit of a difference in the way my clothes fit - big challenge ahead - company is coming for the weekend so there will be extra food around the house - I am going to have to make sure that veggies and fruit are handy and be moderate in my indulgences.
