a week full of uncertainty and drama. 37 days into my weight loss challenge, a food plan that is proven to work and a goal date to strive for. and life 'happens' So one can focus on the 'life challenges' and be depressed and escape to 'poor food choices,' or step back, take it all in and give thanks for what was achieved, against the 'life moments!' I am thankful that this morning I officially LOST the dreaded 'Covid19 pounds' I gained last year! I am back to March 2020 weight! all 19 pounds gained have been banished from my body. did I want 'More?'. of course, but do I recognize the accomplishment of what I have achieved in less than 40 days! amazing! if you can 'think it, then believe it, then work towards it, you can achieve it!' do not give in to 'Lifes Moments!' 👍
