While on lockdown in my state it was difficult to get to the gym after/before my shifts. I gained unwanted weight and back to hitting the gym and HIIT workouts.
starting to eat better, and hoping my vest and uniforms will become a little less snug in the coming weeks lol. First entry back. Here's to sticking and staying. 🤞💪
