Woke at 232.4, up 4.2 from yesterday! I ate 1300 calories yesterday but had a lot of sodium, followed by a lot of liquid. Apparently, it's all still with me. UPDATE: It felt like about a dozen trips to the bathroom today, but I only got down to 231.4 by 4:30. More work to do!
