Doing well, I tend to stay up all night Fri to Sat a.m. after work once I come home and clean my place really well. I hadn't done it since I got the dog. I did it this week, it upset the dog, she has been very demanding of my attention ever since when I'm home, the past two days especially. But she lost her previous owner, so it is to be expected I suppose. The diet is going well, I have no trouble following it. I think I am getting lots of exercise in with the walking despite the arthritis pain. The dog is forcing me to exercise when before I would stay in. I'm writing down all the pain I've been having as it comes and goes so when I see the rheumatologist this week he knows the pain is still there, just some days are worse than others. Once I can afford it I will probably have to move somewhere like Arizona to avoid the allergies and limit the arthritis, my friend Debbie said both were greatly decreased when she lived there...
