Still plugging along...Can't believe in 2 weeks I will be doing this for 3 months - I have never stayed this committed to losing weight - I was going to say a diet but I am not on a "diet" - I have been changing the way I eat - that's all! This is working for me and I am so proud of myself for doing this.
