OK so trying to focus on this points thing is rough. I know its common sense, but looking at some of the things I used to eat makes me look like a total fat ass.
The week before I started this, I ate like I had a tape worm. It was that time of the month, I knew I was starting the diet, AND I used my motto, "Start fresh on Monday".
Well, yesterday was Monday and I started. I also started to exercise at the same time. I took a Zumba class. It was fun, but I felt things jiggle that should not be jiggling.
So I am on a mission.
