Ahh so I am hoping when I weigh myself in tonight it will say something less than 313. I have been hovering here for a few days and I was really liking how things were just coming off pretty quickly the first couple weeks.
I can't quite pinpoint he reason for this stagnantness. I did over eat a little on Sunday but it was within my points. Could have something to do with my period coming back (hopefully the issue of it lasting forever is done with--not sure I could handle it like it was).
I was going to hold off on trying to get a trainer to show me the ropes for a strength routine until after my birthday but now I think I might schedule something for Friday.
I am so glad I found this place. It is nice to be able to rant about this as it seems to by my main focus as of late.

i see in your food journal that you had Honey Sunshine for breakfast- oh i love that stuff! it tastes just like honey comb to me :] lol looks like you're doing well. Keep up the great work

Yeah! I love that stuff, and it lets you have 3/4th cup and curbs the sweet craving for only one point! amazingness!
