so yesterday, i tried adding 25-50 calories to each of my mini meals. I ate until I was full, and those extra calories really helped me through out the day. I didnt feel like I was going to crash, and I felt more relaxed. But i didnt even reach 1,000 yesterday. Last night, I ate dinner and thought I was going to have some dessert since I did have extra calories. But i realized I wasnt hungry anymore, so i didnt have anything else. I worried about only taking in 900-something, but i was scared i would over eat and that would trigger a binge. Maybe I am doing too much worrying about my calories. I feel better today, and like i said, just those extra 25-50 calories of breathing room really make a difference for me.
I cant wait until the warmer weather starts to shine through. I am REALLY tired of it being cold!!!! Its almost like the cold makes me grumpy- I always want to lay around, watch movies, and eat/sleep when its cold. Like i just want to go into hibernation lol
