ok, so my first day back at food logging and watching the diet was a bit of a flop but hey, nobody's perfect and towards the end of my loss last time I hadn't been logging so I guess I'm just a little bit out of practice but I'll get there., as long as I get the body moving I think that's a little bit more important at the moment than the logging but honestly I know I have to do both.., working on it. Not sure which one is going to show progress first but will keep all posted. Wish me luck ☘️🙂🧚♏
