Is this a keto meal? I’m on day 3 of keto and enjoying it so far. My goal is actually to gain muscle but maintain consistent energy with life in general. How is this style of eating going for you so far?

Yes it’s Keto but I’m trying to lose weight, I have been three weeks in Keto diet and I lost almost 6 kilograms 😊,actually I like Keto better than low carb to lose weight. Really I love it .

That’s great! I can already feel the difference on how hungry I feel. Although I’m on the opposite side trying to maintain/gain weight very slowly from where I am, it is nice to hear from someone else on how their doing with it :)
