I drink lots of water. It takes some practice to choose water over food. If it’s not breakfast, lunch, dinner, or small snack, then I drink a big glass of water. I just think I’m hungry, but I’m probably thirsty. That, and water fills me up a little. Water also helps flush out toxins and is good in general. Good luck!

I do water too but add Mio or some other sugar free flavoring. You could try a La Croix or Sparkling Ice if you want bubbles. I tell myself the kitchen is closed after 7pm and that kinda sets my mind at ease.

Fast. This is counterintuitive, I know, but once you push through the wall, hunger fades. Takes about 48 hours.

I third water. =) And I do something to distract myself. Sometimes that "something" is meal planning for when I do break my fast. ;)

I drink a lot of water. I try not to drink anything like juices or coffee it just makes me more hungry. In the morning I will try to wait to eat if I can. water with ice tends to help me.

When I have avocado toast, I’m so full that I don’t eat for quite a bit. Fibre, good fats, water can help.

Water, definitely, but when I’m tired of water I drink rooibos/red tea. They’re usually flavored, and decaf, so it’s nice to have while watching tv.

Water, herbal teas. My plan includes whole nutrient dense foods like whole grains and cooked dried beans that keep me satisfied and not hungry for a long time
