Scream! I just cannot lose weight-in fact I gained this week. If my scale is to be believed-anywhere from 4-5 pounds! I am not entering it-screw that! No way!

I ran 3 times this week-have done my calisthenics every day and walked everyday too. I have upped my cals this week-so really worried about the gain. I want to continue with the calorie increase experiment-too early to draw conclusions but wow-what if I gain another 4 or 5 pounds? It will take me months to get that off. I notice this week my clothes are tighter too. I am bumming dudes, seriously!

Lighter news (pun intended)-went out last night with two best friends-so great. One is just back from Italy and now about to go to Paris to talk film deal. She wants me to go and I want to go but cannot leave the business-it sucks owning own business sometimes! Spousal Unit is going out of town same week so really impossible for me to leave. Did end up getting that new client and they are very demanding and still testing so not a good time to say-"hey, I'll be gone next week, so please don't need anything while I am away...." Gosh-I am back to bumming, so soon.

Okay, to end on a lighter note-had an MRI yesterday and the technician flirted with me (I know so unprofessional). He told me I was "tiny" and thanked me for being the best patient! Oh well-gotta get it where you can....

What an awesome compliment! no wonder you don't sound as bummed as you think! giiiiirl... you can NOT gain weight(fat) that fast, and only eating 1300cal! you are just bloated, lol. like me!lol do you think TOM is surprising you this weekend! you will get rid of this fast, it always goes away! (its way easier than actually losing) bummer not going to paris but i am sure your business is worth it!

I agree that you cannot gain that much weight that fast, you know its just a fluctuation and the scale is trying to discourage you. Boy I was just there, it does get tiresome to try so hard, do so much and gain weight (or not lose it). Remember that there is no other option! You want to keep the health benefits and those compliments about how tiny you are, so you have to stay the course. You have to remember all the reason why YOU started this weight loss/health journey. Do something fun and wonderful for yourself, call back that girl friend and go out for martini's or somedthing fun. Remember when all you wanted was to get below tyhe 140's?! Well... you are doing great! Just do what you know works. You CAN do this

Not TOM as I am just finishing-could it be POST MS? Now I have pre and post ms, so typical! So bloated-yes very bloated. You know I did eat out last night-I find most restaurant food is over salted. Oh golly_ I hope you are all right. I cannot bear to backslide.

LOL! Don't enter the weight if it makes you feel that bad but, recording your weight is relatively painless. ;-) You'll get it back in no time, keep on trying...

I think it's salt related. Keep doing what you're doing! Don't let this blip get to you! What a nice compliment the MRI tech said! I'm sure he's right! The way we view ourselves is not how the world actual sees us sometimes. I hope your MRI results came back uneventful.

I'm going through a rough patch right now too. It can drive us crazy! At least you got a compliment from the MRI guy....KUDOS!!! :) Keep hanging in there, Girlfriend! We GOTTA do this!
