Doing OK, could be better. The arthritis is severe today. It is very damp out. The pain medicine is very strong and not working. Tomorrow I will go sit in the sauna at the gym even if I don't work out if the pain is this bad. I forgot I was like this for months in the 1980s, my relatives never believed me then as I was so young at that time - and I was diagnosed with it. Moving to Los Angeles helped so much because it was warmer, but especially dry, the pain was never this bad there. I have to move as soon as I can, there is no way I can stay here long-term - Arizona or Texas are cheaper to live anyway. The dog is in a blue mood, maybe as there is no sunshine, she's not her cheery self. I ate more calories last night than usual, maybe it will kickstart me into losing probably 2500. I eat half that usually a day I believe. I have to find the right amount for maintenance... :)
