so far its been a tough week, two days of not working out and then gaining two pounds made me feel like im worthless. Today i got up, made myself a healthy breakfast and went straight to working out. i weight myself and burnt the two pounds off. my goal here is to lose 64 lbs. i get tired of wearing plus size clothes and uniforms so now im taking charge of my life so i dont ever feel the way im feeling again.
