Day 5 of keto. Noticed a side effect is on my sleep being shortened. This led me to feel quite fatigued today. Did some research and found it it’s likely due to a decrease in tryptophan that usually gets better over time. Now supplementing though with everything needed to make this “keto flu” less annoying. Feeling better after my Shake (almond milk, avocado, protein powder, creatine, pink Himalayan salt, magnesium powder, a few berries, mct oil and peanut butter) and vitamin d and a large dose of omega 3s
