Ugh; I feel like I am never going to get to my goal weight! I am tired of eating my veggies and just want to eat whatever I want! My 40th birthday is next week and I am fat! Too much & overwhelmed . . . .

I'm one of those few people who actually read those pages that are handed out with prescriptions. :) of course you can always ask a pharmacist. You should really take magnesium with food because it helps the absorption. Any magnesium gives me a stomach ache on an empty stomach.

The one I take can be with or without food. I must be lucky because I never have any problem with mine. I hope you feel better soon wholefoodnut. :0)

You are not fat - you lost 43 lbs in 5 months - you may have been fat, now you are just heavier than you want to be. Stay the course and enjoy your birthday next week.

thank you all! it continues to be dreary here; i think i just need to go out into the sun; i can't wait to do some planting and gardening, and something other than tracking what I eat . .. .. which I'm not so diligent about ; i actually take vit D3; my doc reccommended it; and I have to look into magnesium, i never even thought about that . .. i believe i have a seasonal mood disorder, that affects you in the winter months, it's been better since we moved, but this winter has been so harsh . . .. i'm just feeling down because i look so BIG, even though I see and feel the improvement . .. .i do need some me time and something else altogether; not sure what? thanks again for being such a captive audience, it helps me get through these very hard moments . .. .

Outside work does a body good. We are supposed to have a good day tomorrow, looking forward to it.

Look where you were and where you are now...over half way there. You lost weight and be proud of that. On the days we gain, we regroup. Chin up... You're doing great.

I just started 3 weeks ago. I'm 193 lbs and I haven't lost anything yet. I go to the gym every day and I eat pretty well most of the time. You are an inspiration to me.... don't give up now. I need people like you, Tulip

thanks everyone . .. . .maybe i'm just feeling down or extra stressed .. . .. lxa if there is any info on what I am doing I can pass onto you i would be happy to; hang in there, it's all about finding something that works and following it . .. .
