I'm fasting today. I do take in calories on my fast day. I'm thinking my next fast in two days I will just do calorie free to see if I can create a change in the amount lost during my fast. My last two fast had minimal losses. I hope this fast will open the door to a new low. I'm ready to log a change! Ya.
