I did really well calorie wise yesterday.. I should have eaten more often but I did get in my hour of pilates and the class was really good.. Snowmagdon is supposed to come tomorrow tuesday evening for us.. so I am not sure what I should do to get ready for that.. I have plenty of grub.. I could use some fresh fruit... before the 15 to 20 inches come.. I hope you all have a great day.. and I plan on riding my bike to day when I wake up. I missed one day last week and I hope to hit all 5 days this week.. if I do, that will be two hours of pilates and 1.5 hours of bike riding.

great job with the food and exercise Ceebee. We went yesterday and got prepared...we are under a blizzard warning from tomorrow morning at 6 until Wednesday at noon...we are supposed to get about 2 feet on top of the ice!

You are doing awesome. I haven't tried pilates yet. I am so uncomfortable being the "big girl" in the classes. Perhaps I will get a video and try it at home.

I don't know how you do the bike for that long! My butt can't take riding more than 30 mins.

heh that was my whole week total for the bike.. I can only take like 30 min at at time as well.. and I should mention my bike is a recumbent bike.. with a real seat as apposed to a bike seat. and Ida I am the big girl in the class.. like by 75 to 120 lbs on some of those girls.. i sometiems feel bad because I just cant do the stuff they can do.. but if I never go and never try I never will be able to.. and my pilates class is through the place where I had physical therapy so most of us are coming off of an injury. So it is not the typical meat market kind of place.
