Day 14- 3/1 Disneyland day (food was difficult, but I packed an okay yellow-light lunch)
Fiber One cereal w/ low-fat soy milk ~~~ Egg McMuffin w/ egg no cheese, no ham ~~~ Apple Luna bar (whole) ~~~ 1 slice (no cheese) 10-inch pizza 2 slices high-fiber whole wheat bread w/ apricot preserves & regular creamy peanut butter ~~~ handful tortilla chips w/ homemade guacamole ~~~ Chipotle bol (low gi, vegan) ~~~ Soy ice cream w/ blackberries & sliced almonds
Water: 6 :( Boo. Didn't bring water bottle in the park.
6.25 inches lost at the start of Week 3! I could stand to see my weight dropping faster, but I'm so excited about the inches!
