Winter is always the worst time of the year for me. The cold, the bleakness, the travel restrictions. The cold.
I weighed myself today, for the first time since October. I haven't fallen back as far as I'd feared, but I'm sure I've just lost more muscle mass. Maybe I'm paranoid of becoming a completely gelatinous blob? EEP!
Now spring is back and I realize that I never fully understand how much I miss the sunshine until it returns! The return of warmth accompanies the return of my resolve. Like the rest of the world, it's time for me to come out of hibernation and start living again.
